IMPORTANT: Due to limited places for our courses all deposits are strictly non-refundable & non transferable. However in the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by the tutor you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date the tutor will refund your deposit and or full course fee if this has also been paid.

Gateway offers a booking service for private complementary therapy tutors, these teachers do not pay for this service or pay to appear on our web site. We only take a small deposit from the student to cover these costs and administration so for this reason please be aware all deposits are strictly non-refundable & non transferable to allow this service to be available.

Gateway Workshops - Booking agent Service. We pride ourselves on offering/promoting excellent courses & products and your satisfaction is our prime concern, however we are a booking agent and cannot be held responsible for the way the private tutor or school is run or a company that is supplying products on our web site. If under the unlikely situation you are not happy with our booking service, we are available to assist in anyway we can. Gateway Workshops is a booking service/agent and advertises the material given by the private tutor or school in good faith and as such Gateway Workshops cannot be held responsible for the private tutor or schools courses or administration and by booking with us you accept these booking conditions. If for any reason there are complaints made against a private tutor or school that we promote, we will take this very seriously and investigate any complaints and may not promote them in the future if they do not live up to our high standards with regards to their administration and courses offered. This means that if you have a grievance with the private tutor or school this should be taken up with them direct and not with Gateway Workshops as we are responsible for your booking service only. We take our roll very seriously and as you can see from our course feedback we have thousands of happy students who have booked using our service who were delighted with the courses they have attended. We are not responsible for any individual services rendered or advice given on this site, this also applies to the products we promote these are through independent companies and any complaints must be raised with the company direct and it is not the responsibility of Gateway Workshops to deal with these issues and by purchasing products from our site you agree to these conditions of sales.

IMPORTANT - Places cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been received and due to small classes it is on a first come first served basis with regards to deposit payments to be fair on everyone.

Final Payment - Once your deposit has been received final payment for our one day courses is to be paid no later thanĀ 14 days before the start date. ITEC Courses require your payment up to 4 weeks before the start date, this gives you plenty of time to save for your chosen course. You are able to pay the tutor straight away if preferred (details of final payment will be sent by the tutor within 3 days of your booking/ or before if your course starts earlier) for last minute bookings the tutor can take cash or a cheque on the day for the final payment.

Due to word of mouth, we have built a long standing reputation for excellence and we as a company are here to make sure it continues.
In the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by the tutor you will be offered alternative dates, if you cannot attend this date the tutor will refund your deposit and or full course fee if this has also been paid. Please be aware the deposits are refunded by the tutor and not Gateway Workshops in the unlikely event of a cancellation. It is the full responsibility of the tutor to refund the student and not the liability of Gateway Workshops - By booking with us you are in full agreement to these bookings conditions.

IMPORTANT - Please read this as it is important information:

Once you have made your booking through Gateway Workshops (who acts as a booking agent) your details are then forwarded onto the tutor. Gateway Workshops as the booking agent have then completed their service with you for this course, the tutor then takes full responsibility with regards to your future contact and full course content and administration, once you have booked and paid your deposit payment. If you have any questions about the course you have booked please make sure you contact the tutor rather than Gateway Workshops. Gateway provides a booking service only and it is not their job to take responsibility for the student once the deposit has been processed, it is that of the tutors, by booking with us you are in full agreement to these bookings conditions. This helps with the smooth running of your course, if you wish to book for another course in the future please feel free to contact Gateway Workshops who will be happy to help you with this.
