PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW (SCROLL DOWN THIS PAGE) WHICH WILL GIVE YOU SOME QUICK AND IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT OUR BOOKING SYSTEM AND WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR COURSE - THANK YOU
PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOOKING ABOVE MAKING SURE THE NUMBER OF PLACES YOU HAVE BOOKED ARE CORRECT THEN CLICK ON THE 'CHECK OUT' BUTTON. PLEASE READ THE INFO BELOW FIRST BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT....
You can alter the number of places you wish to book by clicking on the plus or minus sign in the 'qty' box above.
Once you are sure the quantity number is correct for the amount of people you are booking for then and only then click on the 'check out' button - thank you.
BEFORE CHECKING OUT - Please take a moment to read the IMPORTANT information below which will answer all your questions with regards to final payment, venue address, tutor contact details, booking more than one course at a time, what happens after your booking etc.
Want to book more than one place on a course?
If you wish to book more than one place for your chosen course you can easily do this now by clicking on the plus button (which appears next to the quantity, in the box above) it is very important that you make sure that you have the correct amount of places showing before proceeding.
Want to book different courses, more than one course at a time?
This is easy as you only have to fill in your details once!
You can easily book more than one course by only filling out your details once by clicking on the 'courses' link button (below the box to the left), this will take you to the list of courses we offer. You can book another course or courses all in one go. Any previous courses booked will be saved in your cart and any new ones will be added making it easy to book more than one course.
Places Available
All dates and availability are updated live as you book, once the deposit has been paid online. Please note the numbers available which are showing are correct on a minute to minute basis and will show full as soon as the course date becomes fully booked.
The course will go ahead with 2 or more people booked
Payment
Remember you only have to pay a small deposit to secure your place.
Once you are ready to Book and Proceed
ONCE YOU ARE READY TO BOOK CLICK ON THE 'CHECK OUT' LINK BUTTON - IF YOU HAVE MADE ANY MISTAKES CLICK ON THE 'EMPTY COURSE CART' AND START FROM SCRATCH.
Final payment is up to 14 days before the course (or immediately if your course start sooner - the tutor will contact you straight away by email or phone to organise final balance) or 4 weeks if it is an ITEC course - details will be emailed to you for this by the tutor once you have booked & paid your deposit.
IMPORTANT - The email confirmation you will automatically get after booking which comes from our site will have a venue link within it allowing you to obtain the full venue address and your tutor contact information. If for any reason you do not receive your confirmation within 2 days of booking from your tutor you will be able to contact them incase your email is having problems so they can post the info to you if needed.
Last minute bookings (you can book up to the evening before) you can pay cash or cheque on the day - LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS ONLY. Due to small classes places are only booked once the deposit has been paid & it is on a first come first served basis, early bookings are advised due to small classes & limited places.
Booking Conditions - Due to limited places for our courses all deposits are strictly non-refundable & non transferable. However in the unlikely event the course date you have chosen is cancelled by the tutor you will be offered an alternative date, if you cannot attend this date the tutor will refund your deposit and or full course fee if this has also been paid. The course will usually go ahead if there are at least 2 people booked on, it is very rare that a course is cancelled.
Venue Address & Course Details, should you choose to pay your deposit online the teachers full venue address and contact details will automatically be emailed to you for your reference, once the transaction is successfully completed. Your tutor will be in touch within 2 - 3 days with directions to the venue and balance payment information. Final payment for our one day courses is to be paid no later than 14 days before the start date or 4 weeks if it is an ITEC course - ITEC Courses final payment can be paid in instalments.
